This beautifully aged bottle was opened at the great 24 vintage of Perrier-Jouët ranging from 2002 all the way down to the oldest existing bottle in Champagne 1825. Deep golden colour. Smooth coffee bean, lemon and floral nose. Some sweet vanilla and confectionary on the nose. Elegant, feminine and fine. Not impressive but fine-tuned and tightly-knit palate. Nice integration and completeness.
